Update: I'm editing this review because the owner pointed out that they menu states there is mention of a table charge. What the menu doesn't say is that the charge is per person charge but per table... This place is a cool hidden spot in Ebisu. The tsukamen is great and unique. It's basically a combo of tsukemen and pasta. It was so tasty. But I'm never coming back here because they rip you off. In Japan it's normal to have a table charge and force drink purchases. Usually not both, but this place did... And that ruined our whole night.
