I went here with two friends, and we each ordered one menu item. The portions were small: one friend ordered a salad, I remember, and it didn't fill the center third of the plate. Still, we made do. And when the bill came, it was nearly double what I predicted. Why? Somehow that salad became salad FOR TWO -- and we got billed for two salads. Another item was double billed -- I think it was a hot pot that we'd definitely ordered for one -- and another was TRIPLE billed. I was so shocked and humiliated I didn't say a word, plus I figured maybe I misunderstood. In retrospect, I think I was ripped off. This restaurant should not be in business. If anyone would like a copy of my receipt -- it's possible there's an explanation, though triple-charging for one item seems hard to explain -- let me know. I'd love to hear management's story.
View on GoogleGood selection of slightly unusual mix of izakaya/Western food, and lots of good cocktails (including non-alcoholic ones). I recommend the teriyaki pizza, and the homemade lemonades. Prices are slightly up, about 3000-4000 JPY per person. Atmosphere is very lively and casual, be prepared to speak a bit louder and you'll have a fun evening!
View on GoogleFirst visit. I went on Sunday night around 21:00. ●Access You can get there in under 10 minutes from Shibuya Station. ●Taste It seems you have to order one drink, so I ordered tea and, since I was hungry, a rice bowl. The rice bowl tasted good, but I felt there were slightly too few toppings compared with the amount of rice. ●Impressions There are lots of menu options, and the snacks looked tasty too, so I'd like to visit during the daytime café hours next time. However, it was a little disappointing that there was no separation of smoking areas, allowing smoke to drift freely.
View on GoogleThe other day, I visited with a friend for a late lunch and ordered pasta. As shown in the photo, I understood that it was inspired by Japanese cuisine, but even so, I found the seasoning extremely mild・・(Perhaps my physical condition played a part.) There were also several couples with children, but they went outside to change diapers, which looked difficult. There is one restroom beside the entrance, but no diaper-changing table or similar facilities. (If anyone is considering visiting, this may be a little inconvenient.) The restaurant itself is on the second floor, reached by elevator. I had no other concerns, the staff handled things efficiently, and we had an enjoyable time. I had a lunch with my friend and ordered pasta. I really felt short in taste. (maybe my condition effected..?) There were some couple with a baby but they have only 1 bathroom and no changing table so it must be tough.
View on GoogleI like the food here and have visited several times, but the smoking seats are unpleasant… I wish they'd at least separate the smoking areas…. At night, there's a one-drink requirement + a 2-hour limit, but with smokers puffing away everywhere, I don't stay long. The food is good, but the environment is disappointing, so I'm thinking I might choose a different place in the future.
