Really quaint, rustic cafe! Tried the pain au chocolat and it was so good, flaky layers with generous amount of chocolate filling. Double espresso was good too (slightly acidic)
View on GoogleCutest bakery and cafe! Bakery on ground level and cafe in basement area. Superb croissant and perfect cappuccino. The breakfast(s) looked very tasty, too. Would come back in a second!
View on GoogleVery popular shop in the area. Always had a queue. I bought croissant and a short baguette. The croissant had a strange smell, I mean, I couldn’t smell the aroma of butter. The baguette was far from being good. I had to put some butter in to enjoy it when I got home. All in all, don’t hold a too high expectation.
View on GoogleThis bakery is just a wow. Priced cheaper compared to other bakeries nearby but taste way above the rest. The baguette crust reminded me of my Paris days. We had simple cheese sandwich and small chocolate filled baguette, simple but tasty. Coffee was good but it was not hot enough. We went during lunch time and had to sit outside (terrace) since we do not have to have lunch set. Lunch set customer can sit in the restaurant below. It was great day, no complain!
View on GoogleVery reasonably priced breads. The ciabatta and the plain bread series are much nicer compared to the sweets.
