A self-service café inside 国学院大学. The large glass walls make the outdoor scenery feel continuous with the interior, creating a very open atmosphere. Perhaps because of the time of day, it was packed with people around my grandchildren's age lol. It was my own fault for being an out-of-place old person, and I felt a little uncomfortable, but it was a lively café. There are plenty of seats, though finding one might be difficult at certain times. There were also several outdoor tables available.

「カフェラウンジ若木が丘」 at 「國學院大學」 has a spacious interior and high ceilings, with pleasant light streaming through large windows. Some menu items are discounted for 若木育成会 members and undergraduate and graduate students who show their student ID. The food menu is extensive, and I'm also curious about the seasonal drinks and 岩下の新生姜 menchi katsu. The counter display is decorated for Halloween and looks cute. The outdoor café is also recommended when the weather is pleasant. Opening hours are 9:30〜16:00 (L.O. 15:30), with a 90-minute time limit and special offers for 若木育成会 members and students.

A good place for a coffee break. It fills up with students during the lunch break.

It seems many university students come after class. It usually feels fairly crowded, but seats are sometimes available while students are in class. Both the food and drinks are very delicious. I think the prices are fairly low too.

Chai tea (I think?) and cake for around 1000円.
