A recently opened tonkotsu vegetable ramen place in Hatagaya, where ramen competition is fierce. Depending on the toppings, it can become Jiro-style, but the standard broth has just the right richness and a refined flavor—good. The price being under 1000円 even with extra meat is good too.

The prices are low, and the owner, staff, and even the customers are nice people, making it a comfortable place.
