Curry is delicious and the owner’s originality and character shines through in the ambience and music. The owner and staff tell me that the restaurant has been operating for 33 years and I can see why. It’s a gem 💎 and we need more original folks in the world like this.

Hendrix has good food and wine. Original curry recipes, such as the black pepper lamb tongue curry. Quite unique! The staff could be a little less cold and a tat bit more welcoming, it would make such a difference!

Fresh curry with really food within, not those chemical curry you have on the street. Even though there's a bitter tastes within the curry it just add another flavor to the curry.

A very decent curry. More Indian than Japanese style. Home made, not like the chains in Japan. Well worth a visit if you are in the area. One of the special's the day we visited was a chicken keema, which did not disappoint. The vegitarian option was a mixed vegetable curry, which my girlfriend would never usually go for, but it was fantastic. And she's from Glasgow, one of the best locations for curry's in the UK certainly. Could do with a little more naan though. Had we been staying in the area we certainly would have returned.

Good work lunch option, slightly expensive but generous portion
