It’s was my mothers birthday when we got the trip, I was looking for cake that can present my heart to my mom until I saw cakes from Harbs, I search carefully to choose which one are the best until I decide to get the Mile crepes. I was so worried because they alway have a waiting, luckily I got there before they were open and get the whole cake. And the cake was so huge it was surprised me, the cake itself is also so heavy, cake very delicious and the fruit inside super fresh, the box was so cute. Every detail of the cake packaging showed special care and thoughtfulness. It made me happy, and it also brought joy to the person who received it. Special thanks to the staff who help me preparing it and explain it well in english.

FEB 2026 Visited here twice, both times I got the strawberry cake for takeout. The quality and taste was consistent with plenty of sweet strawberries. The sponge and the fresh whipped cream were also very good. Overall it was a very tasty strawberry shortcake that is hard to beat for the quality and price.

We didn't know this was one of the famous cafe. Our legs were feeling weak and needed a break. Everything was really perfect. What we cannot forget was the earl grey tea that was so fragrance and smooth. Manhatten and Seatle coffee were unique and refreshing. We don't speak Japanese, yet all the waitresses tried their best and we truly appreciate their attentive services. It was an awesome and delicious break! 👍👍👍

I came to this cafe with high expectations because it was heartily recommended by reviewers online. I was lucky to still be able to get the last few remaining slices of strawberry cake and strawberry tarte as the cake shelves are close to empty. Both the cake and tarte were above average with fluffy, light cream and not too sweet. The teas and and coffee were good as well. The environment is good for conversations and catch up with friends, but will need to be aware of lines forming outside. Something everyone needs to be aware of is the requirement to order at least one drink per person. It's written right at the bottom of the menu, so it caused a bit of confusion at first, and frustrated the server a little bit. She was also a bit cold to us but maybe because of the language barrier.

Harbs is always a great shout when looking for a quality cake. However, if you do plan on dining in, just note that each diner must order one drink. Cake is not included in the dine-in requirement. Luckily they do have decaf coffee available if you’re planning on going later in the evening!
