It's above Baskin-Robbins, opposite the 109 building. The spacious interior has 92 seats and an elevator, so you can enter with a stroller. We had a great experience at this restaurant today. There was no wait, the place was very nice, clean, and comfortable inside. The food was delicious, the prices were very reasonable, and it was nice and cool inside on a warm day. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back!

View on GoogleWalk up the curve stairs from the outside to the second floor. Staff are super nice. It has lunch menu and a regular menu as well as dessert items. It's a great spot to take a break from the shopping in the area. Very calm and not super busy when we visited. Highly recommended.
View on GoogleHere at 2pm, Nice quiet place with good scenery, if you are sitted near the window. It's located on 2nd floor and there is an elevator if you do not wish to climb the steps.
