Yesterday I went there with my partner to show her the place I used to have many good memories many years ago, but the current situation of this restaurant is bad. 1. Staff are Chinese, Indian, etc. No japanese or Latino as before. They can't say even simple words in Spanish ... The Chinese staff tried to say "bienvenidos"? (welcome in Spanish), but failed. 2. The food quality was horrible. How can the nachos be so hard and dry? The tacos were terrible too. Maybe the chefs are from other country. Any Latin American will find that food disgusting. 3. The chairs were too old and uncomfortable to sit. It looks they don't have money to even to do some maintenance or replacement of chairs/tables. 4. There were a lot of empty tables and when I asked them if we can move to downstairs or different table I was told that is not possible (Chinese staff). 5. The worst part -> The singer (the only Latino staff), he only sang to the tables with only girls. So in my area there were only 4 tables next to each other. Apart from the table I was with my partner the other 3 tables where there were 2 japanese girls in each one. The dude sang to each of the "girls tables" one song, but after that he move to a different place without singing to our table. It looked like he just want to pickup or show off to the girls while working there. Dude ,I'm a Latino too, that kind of behavior was a bit disappointing. Never going there again. That place is dead to me.

This restaurant is located on the second basement floor, in a very secluded cave-like space. There will be a music performance during the birthday celebration, and the atmosphere is quite nice. The portions of the dishes are quite large. The staff are all South Americans.

It was a different world in underground Tokyo. The restaurant is remote from major stations but it was packed with people. I was imagining for American Mexican dish but it was more Mexican than I thought it was going to be! I especially like their corn tortilla! It smells of corn. Their guacamole is fresh and solid. Also, the staff plays guitar and sing-song for you. If you are looking for good Mexican food and something special, go here!

This place is so fun but also very inaccessible for wheelchair users and probably a nightmare for parents with strollers. But if you can manage past that you're going to be in for a fun, authentic experience. Personally I don't know if the set meals are worth it. We ordered set A for each person ¥3,800, it was a ton of food though. I'll try ordering normally next time.

We had a great food experience . Everything tasted great. And at the beginning of the meal we we're saying how we can't wait to come back and try the whole menu. However there are some negatives for sure. The place is pretty dirty..and by Japanese standards for what amounts to a 4000yen per person dinner (no drinks) extremely dirty . The table clothes are stained, everything is dusty, broken chairs, and broken toilets. Finally, the menu does not include tax or the 10% service charge..so expect your bill to be about 18% higher than expected.
