That Nikuzushi is now in Ebisu! 【Our skilled chefs make sushi with a variety of meats, from fresh horse meat to beef, chicken, and duck!】 Horse meat sushi highlights the deliciousness of raw meat. Marbled beef is seared to a juicy finish. Chicken is served as refreshing vinegar-cured sushi. “Sushi” is familiar to Japanese people as everything from casual fare to high-end cuisine. Rather than simply combining sushi × meat, we invite you to try our selection of toppings, created with a variety of thoughtful techniques and ideas.

A lively spot tucked inside Ebisu Yokocho, marked by bright neon lights but with a surprisingly relaxed atmosphere. This restaurant comes from the original Nikuzushi brand and offers a wide range of dishes, from wagyu beef sushi and basashi to grilled meats. The wagyu was melt-in-your-mouth, and the beef sushi topped with rich egg yolk was especially satisfying. Grilled dishes paired perfectly with drinks. They also offer happy hour until 7 p.m., making it a great place to stop by after work. Casual and fun, yet clearly focused on quality ingredients and flavor. A good choice for a relaxed drink with friends or a classic yokocho-style night out.

Happened upon this colorful restaurant for lunch on a rainy day; though we couldn’t read the signage we sat down wanting drinks and sushi - pleasantly surprised when they told us they only offer “meat sushi” of chicken, duck, pork, beef and horse. We ordered a few styles of raw and cooked beef, duck sashimi, cucumber salad and some beer & sake to wash it down. The beef carpaccio like dish was incredible! We ordered it twice! They didn’t have gyoza, but the chef made me a minced beef spring roll. Unfortunately, this location was closing down, and we were the last service, but I would definitely recommend visiting.

The staff was nice and accommodating for our group of 5. They also helped make sure we got what we wanted and were fast with food. I was very happy with the service.

If you looking for meat sushi, this is definitely not bad. If they had a wagyu version of horse meat, I think I'd like it more then beef.
