Don’t come here, they’re scammers! Downstairs the lady told us 370 yen per person for every 10minutes or 370+385 per person for every 10 minutes with unlimited drinks. Food bowl will cost 1300 yen. We didn’t want drinks so we opted in for 20 minutes for 2 children and 1 adult and would get a bowl of treats. So total should’ve costed us 3500 yen. The kids were excited. When we went up, she then told us it has to be 755 per person for every 10 minutes. So we decided to go for the 30 minutes package which included unlimited drinks and treats for 1750 per person and ended up being forced to pay more than 5200yen which is not worth it at all!! The treats bowl we got were literally 12 pieces of small dry food between 3 people! Which were nothing compared to the advertised treats upstairs. They had a bowl of shredded chicken and dry food for 500 yen. The drinks were mini cans that you can get for 100 yen from any convent store. The dogs were not interested to play with you if you didn’t have treats. There was urine on the floor. Not impressed and do not recommend this place at all.

Good fun! English speaking staffs, reasonable price :) thank you! 700¥ for 10 minutes and you can pick the snack (this costs money as well) you give the dogs. Make sure you follow the rules to keep the dogs comfortable! Sophia was a cutie 🥹 good dog therapy honestly.

As far as pet cafe goes, the only thing going for it was the relatively cute dogs. Pricing is such that you feel complied to get the 30 or 1 hr package, which is well and good, however everyone seemed packed into 1 half of the entire space, making it seem small. There’s actually another half of the floor available however there’s no dogs since they all concentrate where the dog treats are. Likewise, for the package you get like 3 treats per person which then means you get 3s of interest from the dogs, otherwise they are completely disinterested.

Stopped by as we saw there was no line. The dogs have different diets and they are very strict with which dog you can feed what to. I love this because it shows they take the health of their dogs seriously. I recommend taking a photo of the feeding instructions at the front desk to revisit when you forgot what bandana/clothing means. The dogs are friendly and love getting pets.
