View on GoogleI visited デロンギ表参道! I'd often heard the name デロンギ, but when I thought I'd go to a store to look at one before buying, it turned out the only store was in 表参道! (They also have directly operated stores at outlets such as 御殿場.) As a hands-on store, they let me actually try various functions and taste coffee repeatedly. It was a valuable experience that made me clearly realize how different functions can turn the same coffee beans and water into completely different flavors. The staff explained and demonstrated everything very carefully too. I'd more or less settled on a model, but being able to try all those functions actually got me hooked on the higher-end models, and I have a feeling I'll go over budget… lol. If you're considering デロンギ, it might be worth making sure you visit at least once!
View on GoogleI became interested in an entry-level model on Amazon and watched several videos on YouTube, but my imagination wasn't good enough to picture the taste, so I searched and found this place. I explained that I was considering the lowest-end model, wanted to know how it tasted, and was interested in カフェラテ made with milk foam from the steamer. They carefully explained アメリカーノ and let me taste it, then demonstrated and let me try カフェラテ made using the actual entry-level model. Milk feels sweet on the palate when it's foamed properly… amazing~ The service was excellent, and if you're considering buying, a visit will help you picture what it's actually like to use one! I'm much more eager to buy now! (Planning to buy during a sale or a bonus-points promotion… lol.) After entering, if all the staff are busy serving customers, there's a board to write your name on. Write it down and wait, and they'll help you in order.
View on GoogleI visited intending to buy, but the service from the female staff member (with short hair) was so disappointing that I lost the desire to purchase and just went home. Her attitude was to offer no specific explanations unless I asked questions myself. In the end, I decided to buy online this time. I believe the purpose of a physical store is to provide professional knowledge you can't get online and warm customer service. Am I wrong?? I like デロンギ products and was considering buying my second coffee machine this time. (My first was a fully automatic machine, so this time I was thinking of moving up to an espresso machine.) Honestly, I wanted the staff working at デロンギ表参道店 to serve customers with an awareness that they represent the brand. Shouldn't you be a little more mindful of that? Please improve.
