The cafe is on the 7th floor not the 1st floor like google said. Not sure what the other reviews were talking about because the service was super nice. She took my order at the desk and then brought my food to my table.

The staff was very kind and tried to help us as much as they could ❤️ Edit 2024: I went there again and being in the middle of the café can be a bit uncomfortable, I got a feeling I didn't have enough space to exist and the table is too tiny to be shared with a stranger. The "no photos" sign left me confused, if you can actually take photos of the interior then they should change it bc it makes you feel like you can't, and if you really can't it's such a shame. Forgot to mention it last time but you must be aware of the staff calling the table numbers to check out at the register!

This is the worst place and experience I ever met in Japan. I visited tons of collab cafes, great ones, average and not very well, but this one is the “top”. We payed for the table reservation and when we came, firstly we had to wait for long time on the entrance since it was closed, and stuff was ignoring us. Especially because time inside cafe is limited, this is not good let customers wait while their booking time is going on already. There were literally 0 people inside. Stuff just was staying and talking to each other, while we were standing outside ( stuff saw us). The restaurant haven’t let baby in and haven’t returned us money for the reservation. They literally told that we can enter only without baby and I can’t keep baby with me neither in babycar inside restaurant and even shopping mall. They didn’t let us to talk with anybody above. The advice was to leave baby with “someone” or outside the mall and enter without baby! They rejected to return our money we payed for the reservation either. Behavior of the stuff was super rude and unprofessional. I never met such nonsense situation and behavior anywhere even outside the Japan. I hope that 1000 yen they took from us and never get back was worth loosing customers. Hope my favourite anime’s will find better place for collabs and other people won’t loose time and money in such a customer unfriendly place. Although the prices in the menu are too high for the food they providing. Sadly ( or luckily) I had no opportunity to try food itself.
