A very cute cafe!! I came here with my family and we had a great time together feeding and watching the hedgehogs. The staff is amazing and care deeply for their animals. They explain the process and help you hold them properly. I recommend going for the hour to get the full experience. Our favorite was Muffin, he is very chill and loves his heating pad. He caught our eye because he had his little face up against the glass.

We had such a wonderful experience at Chiku Chiku Cafe!!! 🦔 💕 The hedgehogs were incredibly friendly, and most of them even let us hold them in our hands, which made the visit extra special. 🥰 Staffs were amazing as well! They all spoke fluent English, were extremely helpful, and took the time to explain each hedgehog’s personality and habits. They were always there to help us interact with the hedgehogs, and they were genuinely so kind and welcoming. 😆 Our favorite was Blanc! We will definitely visit again the next time we’re back in Tokyo. <3

My partner really wanted to go here and I was skeptical at first. ("Sure buddy" 🙄) But we both loved it. Our favourite was Peanuts. And we were greeted at the door by an armadillo who I think was called Jon? Loved him and his buddy too. The staff were super friendly and super helpful. Spoke english. We just enjoyed feeding and watching the hedgehogs. Other guests were not as reserved. Picking up and handling some of the hedgehogs too much. Luckily the staff are vigilant and kept a eye on them and stepped in. They seem to be treated well and they are rotated throughout the day apparently so the wee guys get a break. 🦔 Great little place tucked down a side alley and up some stairs. Like I said it's lovely for what you want it to be. Just a place to enjoy these wee creatures and have a free coffee or tea from the machine. Just be mindful of obnoxious tourists and those over handling the animals. It might irritate animal lovers. And better to book in advance.

The hedgehogs here were so cute. The staff were incredible and very kind. Plus they teach you all about the different personalities of the animals. Very cute and nice experience

The staff were really friendly, they also helped when misokatsu just stood there in the tredmill. This is already a really good quality of service thanks for the half an hour I just had it was really enjoyable. (Ps pls give my thanks to the trainee who was wearing frilly clothes. )
