Went for Saturday lunch and was disappointed that there’s no ala carte menu. Tabelog didn’t mention that... Nonetheless we had the cheese fondue course. The course was served too slowly! Including salad, fondue, pasta and dessert, served one by one and had to wait in between. I appreciate that they reinforced the idea of course but when every dish is not much i just get even hungrier waiting. Was really looking forward to the cheese fondue, but it was lukewarm?? Would appreciate if it was served already heated instead of us waiting there for the weak fire to do the job, which by the time we were too hungry and had gobbled up the ingredients already. Barely tasted cheese in the mozzarella cheesecake, overpowered by the berries sauce.

On 16th of June, Tuesday, 2020, we went for lunch, and shocked how they treated us. First of all, waitress didn’t know how to explain course details, we asked three times and confirmed and ordered 5 meals separately. Secondly, after a long time she brought 2 separate meals (salad and cheese fondue) meant to be eat by 5 persons. Thirdly, waitress brought pastas again in 2 dishes, in which we found a long hair😢 And we requested to change and serve 5 plates of pasta for each person separately. But she acted like not fully care about customers, and again brought only 2 plates Fourth they charged us extra 3000 yen😡 When we asked why the final price didn’t show the true value, she carelessly said she forgot to put weekdays lunch time prices😳 What a disgusting answer is that??? Our overall impression is regrettable. If the manager of this restaurant is reading this review, please consider how to train your personnel fairly. It is nothing like Japanese Service. Even though there were only two other people eating lunch that day, the cook prepared dishes very noisy and slowly. The plates were dirty, deserts tasted old.
