This is a nice place for Chanko nabe- a large hotpot dish based on different types of meat and fish with lots of veggies, with noodles to finish off. They have a very wide selection of items in the menu including many snacks and side dishes. The flavor was great. The service was not so great, it was quite slow and the waiters were hard to get the attention of. Also they smoke there be warned.

Great fresh food chanko nabe experience!! (first visit to japan) (first time eating chanko = traditional sumo meal) really recommend coming here with someone who speaks Japanese, since it's a pretty local place. We ordered the medium size pot for 28$ (x2 for 4 people) and it was so fresh and delicious!! meatballs, tofu, vegetables, chicken all cook in the pot and everyone eats from it. they give you a tiny one piece appetizer of the best calamari I ever had in my life, so we had to order more! once you're done with the main stuff, they bring you noodles to eat from the soup and it's very flavorful. overall it was a great price for a group to eat. would definitely come here again!

About a 2-minute walk from Ebisu Station, this long-established ちゃんこ鍋 specialist was founded in 1979 😊 Enjoy traditional flavors carried on by a former sumo wrestler, with a signature ちゃんこ鍋 made using a secret broth unchanged since the restaurant opened. The soy-sauce-based soup is light yet deeply flavorful, filled with homemade meatballs, plenty of vegetables, and seafood, keeping every bite enjoyable right to the end 🍲✨ Beyond ちゃんこ鍋, there's also a wide selection of fresh sashimi sourced that day, seafood dishes, and individual dishes 🐟 With plenty of grilled fish, fried foods, and izakaya dishes that go well with drinks, you can enjoy a variety of food while gathering around the hotpot. The spacious, calm interior is another attraction, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely meal. The entire venue can also be booked, making it ideal for company banquets, drinking gatherings, and large groups. Having no otoshi or cover charge is another welcome point 😊 In Ebisu Want to eat delicious ちゃんこ鍋 Want to enjoy seafood dishes and drinks Want a place for a banquet or drinking gathering This is a recommended spot for those occasions ✨ A long-loved, established chanko restaurant in Ebisu where you can savor secret-recipe ちゃんこ鍋 passed down since its founding and fresh seafood dishes 🍲🍶

When it comes to ちゃんこ鍋 in Ebisu, this is the place. An authentic spot run by a former sumo wrestler, with an irresistible secret soy sauce broth! The portions are generous yet reasonably priced, and the individual dishes are excellent too! Recommended for drinks with friends or company banquets! Being close to the station is another lovely bonus!

A chanko specialist centered on ちゃんこ鍋, where you can also enjoy Japanese dishes such as 天ぷら and sashimi. The broth-rich ちゃんこ鍋 is packed with ingredients and feels satisfying right through the finishing course. The interior is relatively casual, with an izakaya-like atmosphere for comfortably enjoying chanko. The staff's service and serving speed are average, and it's highly recommended for a first chanko experience.
