> Mind-blowing 3D Latte Art in Harajuku! CAFE REISSUE is a must-visit spot in Tokyo for anyone who loves creative coffee art. The skill of the barista (George) is truly incredible—they can turn almost any character or design into detailed, 3D foam art right on top of your drink! Not only do the drinks look ridiculously cute and picture-perfect, but the coffee itself actually tastes great as well. The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and very welcoming to international tourists. It’s an unforgettable experience and worth every yen if you’re exploring Harajuku.

Located on the second floor of a building in the backstreets of Harajuku, this cafe feels like a cozy, hidden sanctuary. Climbing the stairs brings you to a warm, wooden-toned loft space where you can begin your peaceful afternoon break with a cup of their rich black coffee. Served in a classic, clean white cup, this coffee boasts a deep, bold flavor profile and a smooth finish. Its robust bitterness cuts through sweetness beautifully. The tea chiffon cake is incredibly light and airy, infused with a delicate and fragrant tea flavor. It is presented elegantly on a plate drizzled with sweet caramel sauce, accompanied by a dollop of fresh whipped cream garnished with crisp fruit slices, and finished with a tiny, adorable bear-shaped cookie that adds a touch of playful Harajuku charm😍

Went here today for an afternoon snack and to experience the 3D latte art. My wife found this place online and it was really quaint and well decorated inside. Being that this is near Takeshita street, I don't think it gets the attention it deserves, as we were very pleased with the results. For context, the drink she got was a raspberry latte, and she really enjoyed it. I also got a slice of chocolate cake, which was extremely dense, almost between fudge and brownie. We were thoroughly impressed by the work of Mr George and we hope more people will find it. It's upstairs, and is cash only. P. S. English of the staff wad very good

Visited Cafe Reissue for their famous 3D latte art and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The latte was not just a drink — it was a piece of art. The foam design was incredibly detailed and almost too cute to drink 😍 You can even request your own design ( SNORLAX for my case) which makes the experience very personal and fun. No waiting time and reservation is not required as I went during evening time. Overall, this is a must-visit in Harajuku if you want something unique and memorable. Perfect for photos and a fun break from shopping around Cat Street. Would definitely come back again

This was a place I really wanted to try. We had to wait a little while but the staff put our name down so we went for a walk around the shops. The latte design was outstanding with my daughter providing a picture of Gojo which was perfectly replicated. I wanted a 3D dog which was very cute. The cafe has many niknaks which are fun to discover. The drinks are pricey but it’s worth the experience
