I guess I'm on a quest for fruit-themed afternoon teas 😂 so I had to check this place out for its melon-themed afternoon tea. The café is located right in the heart of Shibuya on the 15th floor. Even the ride up in the transparent glass elevator offers a great view of the city. The three-tier afternoon tea set was beautifully presented. I would have loved to see a stronger melon theme throughout the menu, but everything I tried was delicious. The free-flow drink menu is incredibly generous. The iced Earl Grey, hot chamomile and French Muscat tea was fantastic, though hot Earl Grey was still my favorite for sweets pairing. Overall, it's a beautiful spot with a lovely atmosphere and great value for the quality.

What an incredible find! This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. The food was absolutely amazing! we honestly didn’t want to stop ordering the Gnocchi with black truffle! 🙈 Despite being a busy night, the staff were so attentive and friendly. The DJ was a total highlight, too (love that you can request songs!). I came here for a friend’s birthday, but it’s the perfect 'joker' spot for any occasion.

I’ve had the most wonderful evening! My partner and I booked a table to celebrate my birthday, and we had the best night. We ordered the set dinner menu; the food was absolutely perfect, and the service was even better. Our server, Masami, was so sweet and even put on Danish music just for us—I even got a cake with candles and a 'Happy Birthday' message. Jan, the other server, also deserves a huge thank you for making the evening perfect as well. We cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for a fantastic evening!

I visited Cafe Legato for my birthday after making a last minute reservation online and I was not disappointed. The food was great, our server was wonderful, and the atmosphere was nice. We booked the window seats and it was a lovely view. We went at nighttime for the night views but I’d imagine it’s even prettier during sunset. Do note that for the window seats, you need to spend a minimum of 20,000 yen. This can be easily satisfied as they have many appealing options. I ordered the premium dinner course and as someone who gets full easily, I was worried I wouldn’t finish it. However, each course was well portioned and I felt great after. The kitchen staff and our server did a wonderful job with timing each course. Despite my friend ordering à la carte, our server was great with timing the delivery of our food so we would be able to eat together. She also spoke excellent English and did a great job of explaining each dish. I regret not asking her name. The birthday plate was plated very aesthetically. I ordered the cake option and customized the message when making the reservation. It was brought out on a plate along with the course desserts as well. They blended so nicely together, I didn’t even realize they were separate dishes until the server pointed it out. The house cocktails were great and decently priced. The food was also delicious so I’d definitely visit again to try some more things next time. Overall, I recommend to anyone looking for a mid-range place for a birthday celebration.

Fine dining for a great price! The food is mid tier nothing fancy but the ambience is very lovely. They have a DJ and will accept requests if you ask. Our server Kibe was very helpful and nice! Would definitely come here again!
