I found this place through an online recommendation and decided to give it a try. It was actually my first time having pinsa, and I have to say, I was impressed! It really is different from a regular pizza. The dough was soft and fluffy on the inside, while the edges had a nice crunch to them. The texture alone made it stand out. The toppings were generous, especially the cheese. Every bite felt rich and satisfying, and you could tell they weren't being stingy with the ingredients. The price isn't exactly cheap, but considering the amount of cheese they put on it, I'll let it slide. 😆 Sometimes you just have to accept that good cheese comes at a cost. Overall, it was a great first pinsa experience, and I'd definitely come back to try other flavors.
View on GoogleThis place was so good! Highly recommend for anyone who’s craving a good pizza. We stumbled across this restaurant while walking around and we were able to sit down with no reservation. The atmosphere was super vibey and cozy!
View on GoogleSituated between daikanyama station and shibuya, this place it’s an Italian oasis in one of the most exclusive areas in Tokyo. Main concept is PINSA in many kind of seasonings and toppings. Place is really cute, with a nice terrace as well. Dogs are welcome and service time is very long so perfect for a late lunch or a quick dinner .
View on GoogleI went here last year with a group of friends. We didn’t have a reservation and it’s a small space so we had to wait a while for a table, but it was fine. We sat at the outdoor table and since it was cold, they had a heater as well as a couple of small blankets. The server was really nice. I’m vegan and my friends weren’t, so we chose this place because I heard about vegan options. When we were presented with the dinner menus, there were no vegan options on the menu. I was confused because I saw online that they offered vegan options. The server was really kind and told me that the vegan options are (or were- not sure if this has changed) only served at lunch time. I was defeated, but she said they could make something for me. In my experience, this is very rare for Japan. Most restaurants are unwilling to change a menu item or offer you something that’s not on the menu. They told me what they could make and I accepted it, and it was delicious. This was my first time having “pinsa” and I’d never heard of it before either. The owner even came out and told us about his ingredients and process. You could tell he’s very proud of his product. Overall we all really enjoyed our meal, and I’d definitely go back someday.
View on GoogleBeen in Tokyo for over a week - and this is the best meal so far!! We have had other great meals - but this one was exceptional! If you are looking for a “diversion” - this is the place!
