After renovating our parents' butcher shop into ビストロコージー, we have served affordable, delicious food for 26 years. As a neighborhood Western-style restaurant, we offer a homey interior. We also have an extensive selection of wines chosen by a sommelier.

Visited for lunch White fish, shrimp, and spinach gratin Cabbage rolls Piping-hot stewed hamburg steak 1,100円 each The portions aren't particularly large. The hamburg steak is probably 150g, ending up around 120g after cooking??? The garnishes were egg, carrot, and komatsuna🥬 for greens With a light sprinkling of mixed cheese🧀. The demi-glace sauce tasted somewhat strongly of tomato to me, but it was very delicious. I got the impression that evenings involve a lot of courses and reservations. I'd like to visit for dinner someday.

The two of us visited for the first time around 20:40. I'd say it was a little under 50% full. Inside, there was a counter and several tables for 2. There's a slightly larger space farther back. First, we toasted with draft beer, 650円×2. From the less familiar dishes that looked like they would come out quickly, we ordered burdock marinated in balsamic vinegar, 300円. The oil used to sauté the burdock went really well with the balsamic vinegar. Delicious. The portion was pretty decent too—a good choice. We decided to settle in for a proper meal and drinks, and ordered red wine. Italy's Il Casone Merlot Raboso, 3800円. It's made with Merlot and Raboso grapes, from Veneto. For food, the special crab cream croquettes, 1000円. Can't skip these. Lots of crab stock flavor, crispy outside and meltingly creamy inside. The tartar sauce was delicious too. Then another less familiar dish: pork, prosciutto, and mozzarella baked in breadcrumbs, 1300円. It's like a breadcrumb-baked saltimbocca, but crispy, with a different texture and saltiness from the crab cream croquettes. This one comes with demi-glace sauce. Finally, chicken thigh confit, 1100円. Lovely crisp skin, with all the savory goodness of the meat still sealed inside. The bill came to just 4400円 per person, which is inexpensive. We'll definitely be back.

◆【Return visit 3】(Lunch) Miso katsu, sooo good A Western-style restaurant at the end of Hatsudai shopping street. Super popular at lunchtime. Lunch basically offers fish, meat, and their signature simmered hamburger steak. The lunch menu changes weekly. Takeout available. ◆Lunch menu on the day of my visit Today's fresh fish baked with herb breadcrumbs COZY-style miso katsu Chicken nanban with tartar sauce Simmered hamburger steak ◆Order: Lunch, COZY-style miso katsu (with salad, soup, rice), 1100円(tax included) The second you sit down, water & salad appear in a flash. Looks really, really good. One bite of the pork katsu—sooo good. The miso is seriously spot-on. Not too strong, which is great. Especially since the real deal, “miso katsu,” has a super intense flavor. The sauce isn't poured on by the bucket either, which is great. The mustard is a nice touch too. Makes you think, “Bistro Cozy, you've got it.” The “COZY-style miso katsu” was really delicious. Thanks for the grub. @@@@@ ◆Sautéed SPF pork loin with braised salsiccia and cabbage, sooo good A Western-style restaurant on Hatsudai shopping street. Super popular at lunchtime. Lunch basically offers fish, meat, and their signature simmered hamburger steak. ◆Order: Sautéed SPF pork loin with braised salsiccia and cabbage (with salad, soup), 1100円(tax included), large rice 50円(tax included) Soup and a small side dish arrive immediately after ordering. ●Sautéed SPF pork loin It's SPF pork, so it's so tender you'd think they cooked it at a low temperature. Sooo good. The braised salsiccia and cabbage on top really make it shine. It was really delicious, so I'll come back agaaain. Thanks for the grub.

I ordered the potée for lunch. It's salted pork simmered in soup. The set came with a small appetizer, soup, and rice. The pork was so tender it fell apart when I put my fork into it, and the balance of flavors was wonderful. Very delicious. Every dish was delicious, and I was completely satisfied. I think ¥1,100 for this is excellent value. The cabbage simmered alongside it was also meltingly tender and had soaked up the flavors nicely.
