My wife and I came here a couple of weeks ago and had a great experience. The restaurant was easy to find. Not far from the subway so we arrived on time for our reservation. Inside, a dark and classy atmosphere. At the beginning, there was a constant flow of different cuts coming around, so you were always trying something new and never waiting long for your favorites. Later on it became a bit less frequent, but our waiters made sure we were always looked after. The buffet had a great selection of fresh salads and sides, and the meat was excellent. Since my wife is pregnant, she needed everything well done while I preferred mine medium rare. The staff handled both requests perfectly every time. A special thank you to Danilo and Augusto ("Kenji"). Danilo always made sure we didn't miss the Wagyu rounds, and both of them constantly checked in to see if there was anything we wanted. Their friendliness and attention really made the experience. Great food, even better service. If you visit Barbacoa Aoyama, I hope you get Danilo and the crew. They're fantastic.
View on GoogleI’ve tried churrascarias around the world and I have to say, this one in Tokyo was amazing! 🇯🇵🥩 The beef was excellent, but what really surprised me was the dessert, absolutely fantastic as well. 🍰 The service was also outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. Whatever you wanted, it seemed to be at your table within seconds! Definitely one of the best churrascaria experiences I’ve had. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
View on GoogleBarbacoa Aoyama remains one of my absolute favorite spots for a proper meat feast. As the flagship branch in Japan, the quality and consistency here are always top-notch. The passadores (meat servers) are incredibly professional, bringing out a flawless rotation of perfectly seasoned, juicy cuts—the picanha and alcatra are always standout highlights. Beyond the incredible meats, their expansive salad bar is a destination in its own right, loaded with fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic Brazilian sides. The atmosphere is vibrant yet sophisticated, making it perfect for both celebratory dinners and casual gatherings. Highly recommended for any meat lover in Tokyo!
View on GoogleThis is probably one of the most satisfying food experiences for me. I just finished training my lats today and the first bite of Wagyu beef was a bliss! Our host Taiga sang is really nice with the biggest smile for us. His choice of meat has been my favorite!
View on GoogleBest Brazilian BBQ I’ve ever had in Japan! I’m Brazilian and live in Australia, and I can honestly say there’s no Brazilian BBQ that comes close to Barbacoa. The flavors are very authentic. The salad buffet is huge, fresh, and delicious! A special highlight to Caio, who took care of us with so much attention and kindness. I would definitely come back on my next trip to Tokyo!
