The entrance is inviting, but the upstairs coffee area leaves much to be desired. It appears dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint. The tables are old and show significant wear, making it hard to relax. On a positive note, the music is soothing.

Disgusting service from one of the setvice staff on 8 Aug 2024, 4pm. When the food was served, the staff said something in Japanese which we do not understand. My wife apologized and what we got in response was a total shocker! She rolled her eyes and let off an audible "SIGH"!. Observed a western couple at the next table in the same situation, but what they received was totally opposite; with smiles and courtesy... TO THE MANAGEMENT: IF YOU ARE NOT INTRESTED IN SERVING NON JAPANESE CUSTOMERS (Chinese) , DO SAY SO BY PUTTING A SIGN OUTSIDE YOUR PREMISES, SO AS NOT TO RUIN SOMEONE'S DAY.

Desserts were really not that bad, but the stuff was lack of service passion and cool to the olds and foreigners. One has to order at least a drink to get seat upstairs.

like many people say a bit pricey. 500 yen for a cup of coffee... but overall bread was good and i liked the huge window facing the main street. would recommend to go on weekdays for relaxed atmosphere.

Staff was very unfriendly, even rude. Children not welcome. Table was dirty at 10:30 am - just 30 minutes after business opened. Walls dirty. You can do better, guys. This was a shame to omotenashi.
