A tapioca drink store that is very popular among elementary school students: social networking strategies and a special experience. It is important to understand that this store is a theme store for children, where transient fads are beyond constant. It is recommended that the parents' generation use the shop with the understanding that it is for their children's enjoyment. More than just a tapioca drink shop/drink store, this shop is gaining popularity as a special experience for the elementary school generation; its marketing strategy of utilizing social networking sites such as YouTube and TikTok, as well as its unique service style are the reasons for its popularity. The interior of the store is basically open for photo and video shooting, making it a perfect place to create memories. In particular, the staff in the cafe area on the first floor are excellent with children and provide memorable customer service. However, the directions to the restaurant and the request signs may seem to have a "condescending tone" to the parents' generation. This may be one of the reasons for the complaints in the word-of-mouth. Although there are honestly some discomforts and inconveniences mentioned in the word-of-mouth, unlike permanent theme parks, it is best if you can separate them as a fad. The system of paid fast passes, numbered ticket distribution, and raffled drinks has been improved through trial and error, but the current situation has not kept pace with both online and offline responses. As a result, there are many notices and signs inside the store regarding the convenience of the store, which are mixed up with messages from Shinakochan and other staff members. It is regrettable that the concept and desired image are mixed up with business convenience and do not fully express the appeal of the store. While there are some issues with the guidance staff outside the store, the merchandise sales staff on the second floor and the YouTubers in the cafe on the first floor are very professional, enjoy taking pictures with the children, and put the children first.
View on GoogleWasn’t able to get in because you need an online appointment and I think you have to pay a fee to make that appointment because a lot of people are trying to get in,especially during weekends and holidays, it’s popular with young school girls because of the famous youtubers, and we went at the request of our daughters but we thought just lining up and waiting would be enough but you need an online appointment. Even though we went earlier in the morning riding the train for 1h, just a waste of time.So it gets one star at this time because of that reason.
View on GoogleFamous Japanese YouTuber boba shop. Performance was fun. Drinks were also good.
View on GoogleSmall Boba tea and trinket shop owned by a well known youtuber. My kids wanted to go there, the wait was about an hour to enter so I left them to it and went for a pint but returned just as they were getting to meet the owner. Considering how busy it gets there the staff are really nice and show an interest in the children, so it makes their day.
View on GoogleThe place was very cute ideal for kids. A bit expensive but the taste of the drinks are unique
