This Yoshinoya is a takeaway-only store🤔, both V-Point and Rakuten Point are accepted🉑❗ For the menu, I bought the Negi Shio Beef Kalbi Bowl (regular size) and the kimchi miso soup set. Every menu item was quite delicious😋, yes‼️👍

I ordered the Gyu Suki Zen for takeout, but the vegetables were barely cooked, had a core, and were tough. I've bought it every year because it's delicious, but it was so bad that I don't feel like repeating it. I don't know if it's just this store, but there are often missing items on the menu, so I won't be using this place again.

I used delivery, and usually the rice is firm and I ask for extra sauce, but this time the rice was mushy and gross. When I visited the store directly, I saw a staff member putting meat that had spilled out of the container back in with their bare hands, which I found disgusting. I had been holding back from writing a review, but I was shocked by how bad the rice was this time. I don't think I'll use them again.

As others have posted, the rice is strangely hard. The staff seems to quit often, so it always feels like new employee training and the operations are poor. If there's a slightly large order, they immediately get overwhelmed and can't handle it. It's been pointed out for a long time, but there's not the slightest sign of improvement.
