Good ramen place if you want something different. The soup has a base of fish broth, topped the fragrant and tasteful spices. Noodles are thin or tick and good quality, just like the chashu and egg. Recommended!
View on Google2026/07/18 The shop is at the dead end after walking toward the back of the building. I went on Saturday in the early evening, so it felt small and quiet, but perhaps it gets busy at lunch or at night? Chilled grilled flying fish ramen. For 1,100円, the price is the same for 1 serving, 1.5 servings, or 2 servings, so I had 2 servings. The toppings were chashu, spinach, onion, bonito flakes, and menma, which paired well with the natural flying fish flavor.
View on GoogleThe shop has counter seating only and is tucked a little way down a side street. Niboshi shoyu ramen seems to be the recommendation. I like spicy food, so I had the spicy shoyu ramen. Kogashi niboshi ramen comes with thin noodles, while the others have flat noodles by default, and it seems you can change them. The niboshi flavor is present but not strong, and the broth was delicious, balancing the dashi umami and toasted flavor with the soy sauce. I think even people who dislike intense niboshi flavors could enjoy it. For the spicy ramen, I suspect they add homemade chili oil. It has the fragrant flavor of toasted chili, which goes well with the soy sauce, and I like that it is more than simply adding heat. The shochu mixed with dashi has a strong shochu presence, yet you can clearly taste the dashi too. It is perfect for warming up, especially in cold weather. The okaka rice is simple, just soy sauce and bonito flakes, but delicious on its own and pairs well with ramen, making it a good side dish. You buy a meal ticket first, but they accept various electronic payments and cards too, which is helpful (April 2026).
View on GoogleWalk about 1 minute along Suzuran-dori on the north side of Kyodo Station on the Odakyu Line, then follow the building corridor from the standing sign to the dead end. The rich niboshi broth, aroma, and chopped onion are addictive. The owner is quiet but treats customers well. You get a ticket from the meal-ticket machine, then pay with cash, PayPay, or another method at the machine beside it. The drawback is the narrow, very cramped interior. About 7 counter seats.
View on GoogleThe sign in the photo is the landmark^_^The shop is on the left at the very back of the building. The ramen is delicious. The toasted niboshi really comes through. Thin noodles suit the light broth. There is plenty of menma too. The chashu feels a little hefty compared with the broth and noodles. I would like a bit more richness in the broth base. The interior is very narrow^_^but the kitchen is even narrower^_^The chef makes delicious ramen for us in that cramped space^_^
