amazing food, atmosphere and service. couldn’t ask for a better yakitori place

Sorry for my previous low rating. I happened to have bad luck, and my sense of taste was off at the time (I could not detect the charcoal). The food and drinks here are delicious and reasonably priced. The flavor at 優 has slipped a little, and other places are expensive, so I think I will keep coming here for a while. The crowd was unpleasant when I visited. A regular laughed at me when I saw that the chicken tataki's color was even worse than that customer. Disappointing, since I had high expectations. The skewers were nothing special either. I went to 優 to continue drinking.

Visit: Sunday Access: About a 4-minute walk from the north exit of Chitose-Karasuyama Station on the Keio Line Opens at 15:00 on Saturdays and Sundays; entered around 15:30 without waiting. Smoke billows outside, but there is none inside. The skewers are well cooked, and the chicken is delicious. The sauce is on the sweet side. The jellyfish appetizer and another dish were tasty too. The salt-seasoned offal stew has no unpleasant smell and is also outstanding. Apparently the chicken tataki with ume-shiso and the avocado nori rolls are popular. They all sounded tempting, so it was hard to choose. The owner's brisk grilling is nice when stopping for a quick drink. After eating, call out to settle the bill. It was delicious. Saturday daytime drinks; arrived just after the 15 opening There were already customers, and the counter filled up in no time. No wonder it is popular! Started with bottled beer and the chef's choice of yakitori, then added stew and skewers, getting nicely merry with my companion Ordered a bottle of キンミヤ and kept drinking leisurely with mixers, then finished with chicken ramen once we were full. Every dish was delicious, and my companion was in a great mood too Thank you for the meal, completely satisfied ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ I was in Karasuyama for the first time in a while, so I returned for lunch This time I had the ｢yakitori rice bowl｣ The complimentary sansho-flavored chikuwa with mayonnaise was surprisingly delicious, and the piping-hot chicken soup full of chicken flavor was yummy too The fragrantly grilled yakitori rice bowl arrived with thick chicken thigh, tsukune, and green onion generously coated in a rather spicy special sauce. The aroma and flavor were fantastic, and I polished it off Coming at night for yakitori and drinks really is the way to go. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you for the meal. ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ I visited for a late lunch. The menu offered two rice bowls, and today I had the ｢staff-meal oyakodon｣ and ｢small dish of chicken with ponzu｣. A beautiful young waitress efficiently handled both service and cooking, and out came a piping-hot, fragrant oyakodon! With fluffy eggs in a gentle broth and plenty of springy, juicy chicken with a lovely texture, it was a very satisfying oyakodon. The small chicken ponzu dish was also seasoned exquisitely, delicious enough to make me want a beer. They apparently offer complimentary large rice portions and takeout too, making it a welcome place for the neighborhood. Next time I will come for a leisurely drink, looking forward to yakitori and shochu. Thank you for the meal. Glad I came!

若竹 I visited for the first time in a while. I looked in on Sunday, but it was full and I could not get in.... Today I called before coming. All the yakitori is delicious( *´艸｀) I ordered more liver, and the yagen cartilage still had meat attached and was very tasty. The drinking snacks are delicious too♪ The avocado and chicken tenderloin nori rolls had a flavor I would happily order again. The simmered eggplant is reliably excellent too. There are plenty of counter seats, so it is enjoyable alone or in a group. Apparently they now stay open until 03：00!! What a considerate shop. Toshiyuki Nishida's autograph is written on the wall at the very back. I have never met him myself, though. You can also order shochu by the bottle, which makes this a welcome place for a bottle enthusiast like me. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.
