Disappointing the pasta were too salty (it seems salt is added at the end… (because that was pronounced on the surface of the dish only), I can do it myself if needed). Tarako spaghetti were disappointing compared other restaurants. Rest of plates I do not know.
View on GoogleHighly recommended!🍝✨ I had the 1,700円 lunch course at Japanese-style Italian restaurant 村上食堂. The appetizer was “chicken and tomato tossed in wasabi dressing.” The refreshing wasabi flavor added an appetizing accent. The pasta choices were: 🍝 Garlic cream cheese 🍝 Natto cacio e pepe Both were distinctive and truly unique to 村上食堂! The chewy fresh pasta was especially fantastic. It held the sauce well and the portion was generous, leaving me completely satisfied after eating😋 To finish, “matcha tiramisu.” The slight bitterness of matcha and the sweetness of tiramisu were balanced just right, making a perfect end to lunch. (Of course, a drink is included) Enjoying an appetizer, pasta, and dolce for 1,700円 with this much satisfaction is a delight! If you're looking for “delicious pasta” in Chitose-Karasuyama, this is a place I'd love you to try at least once👍
View on Google[A place with “white meat sauce” pasta] I ordered the lunch course and chose “白のミートソース” as the main. I was also curious about the “Italian chanpon,” so I ordered that extra. The course includes a main, salad, appetizer, dolce, and drink. The total was 3000円. White meat sauce… it's white! With ground meat on top, it certainly is meat sauce (haha). Flavor-wise, you really notice the “dashi.” The noodles are al dente. The Italian chanpon was good too! The noodles are the same as the pasta noodles. It was delicious, so I drank all the soup too (haha). The salad bowl was cute! The appetizer was roast duck. Tender and fantastic! I chose the dolce from 2 options. I've forgotten the other one… I chose matcha tiramisu, and it was delicious! It turns out the restaurant has appeared in the media too. Inside, there were 6 table seats. Some seats were reserved. The staff were lovely too! The wife? brought the next dish just as I finished eating! Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleShrimp mozzarella uni cream À la carte at lunchtime: ¥1,150 Expensive and a small portion, but perhaps unavoidable with the recent wave of price increases. First, the noodles weren't so much al dente as hard with an uncooked core. There was also something like chikuzenni mixed in, which wasn't what I expected. I couldn't really detect the uni, and I'm sorry to say it didn't taste particularly good either… Although the sign outside says last orders at 14:00, the restaurant also closes at 14:00, so be careful. I went in excited to try somewhere new, so it was disappointing in various ways…
View on GoogleA place I'd wanted to try for a while because of its high ratings. Ordered the ¥1,700 lunch course (salad, appetizer, main, dessert, drink). The pasta was fresh pasta, wonderfully chewy and delicious! The staff also paid close attention to us and served each next dish at just the right time. I'd like to come again.
