Loved the place. The recommended food was awesome. The attention to detail high. The flavors well controlled. Fun natural wine selection too. Some staff are kinder than others but all good in the end.

I keep a very nice memory of uguisu. Top quality products, top service, nice selection of nature wine. It's on par or better than my experience coming from Paris. Bravo guys :)

I heard this was a French restaurant with delicious natural wine, so my wife and I had a course meal. The attentive service made for a pleasant meal. My wife, who likes natural wine, also seemed to really enjoy the wine and was delighted. It is a small restaurant in an old building, but it was fully booked and bustling. The seasoning felt a little strong to me, but the food is delicious. I think the seasoning and ingredient combinations are wonderful.

When I was in 西荻, after going to organ I kept wanting to visit this place, and has it been about 5 years? I finally went. The marinated bonito, with nori sauce adding a nice accent, and the charcoal-grilled sawara, crisp on the outside but rare inside, were personally very delicious and memorable. I also enjoyed various delicious natural wines. 3 appetizer plates, 1 main plate, ¥19,580. Full and very satisfied. Since I do not usually eat much French food, it really is delicious. I recommend going with someone important to you.
