New Tully’s location recently opened at the heart of Shimokitazawa. The coffee is above average, the staff is kind and everything is new and clean. The place, chairs and table are all suitable to stay here for long periods to either have a chat, read a book or work on your laptop.

Nicest staff of any Tully's I have been to. It has good seating too for a quick stop or longer study session.

My friends and I went to this cafe for a quick coffee break. Three of us immediately bought food and drinks, while the other two went to the restroom first. After one of my friends finished, he sat down to cool off. Immediately, a staff member approached him and said he couldn't sit there if he hadn’t purchased anything. Could you please ask your staff to chill out? He just sat down after having an issue in the restroom (your toilet had no water!). 勘弁してくれ！
