I quit a large company at 24 and started this with the desire to "create a space where people connect with each other through coffee." Currently operating out of borrowed space, I serve mainly light-roast coffee, which is mainstream in Australia, carefully brewing each cup by drip. I believe coffee is not just a drink but an "experience" that includes its aroma, flavor, and brewing time. I value time to pause for a moment in everyday life and relax. Whether alone or with someone. I aim to be the kind of place you suddenly feel like dropping by.

My best coffee experience in Japan, excellent coffee, friendly barista, nice atmosphere to drink on the street (something rare in Japan) in front of the gorilla building. Great job 😉

View on GoogleCaptivated by coffee, the owner went to Australia at a young age to train as a barista and is aiming to open their own coffee shop; for now, they're operating out of borrowed space in front of (not inside) the izakaya "Kikuya." While enjoying delicious hand-drip coffee, I got to hear all sorts of fun stories about coffee and completely lost track of time.
