Yakitori bakaran arang benar-benar luar biasa. Bahan-bahan pilihan, cara menusuk sate, pemanggangan, garam maupun saus tare, semuanya dipersiapkan dengan penuh ketelitian. Selain yakitori, ada lebih dari 30 jenis menu lainnya.

I’ve been to a lot of excellent izakayas and this restaurant is among the best. Their yakitori was seasoned and grilled perfectly — so good and flavorful that I went to the restaurant twice during my short visit to Tokyo. I believe it’s a family run business — all the staff members were kind and welcoming. I think they might have recently reopened after renovations so it’s still a hidden gem. Get there soon before they start becoming packed! The restaurant is also on the second floor (2F); not sure why it shows as 1F. I’ll stop by again next time I’m in Tokyo.
View on GoogleOn March 10, 2025, it reopened on the 2nd floor of a newly completed building at the exact location where the shop used to be. The previous shop had a unique, old-private-house-style coziness, but the coziness of the new shop remains unchanged. From chicken skewered grilled items to chicken tataki, sashimi platters, dashimaki tamago, gizzard tempura, and finally toriyu soba to wrap things up, everything was deliciously satisfying. Just like before, there are counter seats, making it a place where solo diners can drop in without feeling awkward. Seeing a previous shop return to a new building—this kind of sight is so common in Shimokitazawa, and it genuinely makes me happy. Please continue to liven up Azuma Street for a long time to come.
View on GoogleLocated on the 2nd floor of a building right in the middle of Shimokitazawa. The landlady's customer service was kind, polite, and left an impression. Though it's a yakitori restaurant, they also had things like sashimi, which was fun.
View on Google\Toriyu ★ This is my first time having nankotsu (cartilage) karaage this delicious!! So delicious I ordered seconds right away (〃艸〃)/ Dropped in casually and became captivated in an instant (*^^. Meeting nankotsu karaage this delicious was a first! The yagen nankotsu was so tasty I immediately ordered a second round! The yakitori pieces were also large, juicy, delicious, and top-tier! From ohitashi, dashimaki tamago, to simmered eggplant, Everything we ate was completely delicious! Above all, the vibe is cozy and pleasant. The staff's personalities are wonderful too. Heartwarming (*^^*). So glad I found such a wonderful restaurant! Definitely coming back. Aーーーh! I want to eat nankotsu karaage again right now! Thank you for the meal! 2929 ☺️ Drank a bit too much today because everything was so delicious (lol)
View on GoogleLocated about 7-8 minutes from Shimokitazawa Station, this shop serves a homemade tea called sanbancha, which is delicious. You can choose between iced or hot for the sanbancha high, and since both are delicious, you should give them a try. In autumn or similar seasons, you could probably enjoy both. And the homemade umeshu was also delicious. Also, the snacks (tsumami) overall, especially the chicken dishes, are good. The motsu-ni (offal stew) is melty and well-seasoned, and the liver is tender and delicious with both salt and tare sauce. The avocado daikon grated radish dish is also extremely good. You should definitely try the cheese sasami skewer, and for the finish (shime), the plum egg-drop udon is also delicious. Three of us ate what's in the photos and drank quite a bit, coming out to around 5,000 yen per person for a group of three.
