鳥そば そるとTori-soba Salt
Noodle soups using chicken broth, plus gyoza & fried chicken, in a cozy cafe with counter seating.
A ramen shop specializing in chicken salt ramen. To bring out the chicken's flavor, we use neither strongly aromatic dried sardines or fish flakes nor soy sauce or miso, focusing on the chicken's natural deliciousness. Chicken chintan soup: a clear broth cooked over low heat. A refined, clean taste. Chicken paitan soup: a cloudy white broth cooked over high heat. A mellow, creamy taste. Each broth is available as ramen and tsukemen, with 3 types of noodles prepared to suit each. Recommended for lunch or dinner in Shimokitazawa. A ramen shop specializing in chicken salt ramen.

Best tori paitan ever. The soup is creamy and I recommend ordering the special one unless you can’t eat pork
View on GoogleA [would come again / would come again] · i found a delicious chicken paitan ramen thats around 1100 Yen as of March 2025 · came for weekday lunch and there was no line · i like how you order on ipad with english translation (foreigner friendly is a win) · their chicken soup came hot + looked aesthetically creamy white · the ramen noodles tasted chewy · the chicken slices were nicely cooked but somewhar cold (they just added it in after?) · the pork was the definition of average (nothing unique) · too bad it smells bad inside... affected my dining experience · its cash or paypay only (no suica is sad) tldr: good creamy chicken paitan soup to try in japan
View on GoogleMy “go-to” place when I’m in Japan. I’d say the noodles are very similar to ramen. The base is chicken so the soup is very light and delicious. During the weekdays they also serve Taiwan-style dry noodles (台湾まぜそば) If you like something a bit spicy, I’d definitely recommend it!
View on GoogleCame across this place accidentally, because OFC! The one we wanted to go to wasn't open 😭😭 The service was quick! But the food..hmmm not your normal chicken ramen, tasted different. We got the thick and the normal standard salt chicken paitan ramen well the thick one was kinda frothy and not really tooo creamy. While the salt standard one was just normal had to add soy sauce for extra taste. The chashu was kinda thick and made differently. Not a big fan! But yea was just "good" Well atleast the seaweeds were around 5, didn't have to order extras😂
View on GoogleThis was the best bowl of chicken ramen I've ever had. I don't eat pork, so it can sometimes be a bit of a search to find a chicken ramen place, even in Tokyo haha. I stumbled upon this one, and what a surprise. Healthy, delicious, lots of variety and add-ons, though I don't think they have any classic pork ramen on the menu. This place was also quite affordable, especially considering the hipster neighborhood it's located in. Strongly recommend.
