【2023.8.14】Around 20:35 I'm worried whether insecticide has gotten on the ingredients. An insecticide for fruit flies was placed right next to the ingredients. I didn't actually see it being used. I doubt it would have been left out since the morning, so I can't help suspecting they used a spray, marketed as spreading over a wide area with a single push, during business hours. 【2021.9.13】 There was a fly in my bento. On top of that, the apology was bad. I bought an onion karaage bento sold at the storefront, but when I went to eat it at home, there was a live fly in the pack. Since I hadn't opened the lid, it must have gotten in during cooking. The next day around 14:45 I brought the bento back. When I explained to a female staff member, she said "Ah, yes." and went to call a male staff member. The male staff member came and mumbled in a small voice, "Sorry. Is a refund okay?" He lowered his head with just his neck, not even a nod's worth of a bow. He handed me the money casually, like he was giving me change. The apology was way too bad. If they had just handled it properly, I wouldn't have written about it here. This is the second time I've voiced an opinion like this with similar content, after Gyushige in Chitose-Funabashi. Gyushige's response was terrible too.

Their style is that when you say how many pieces, they confirm it's ○○ grams for ○ pieces. The normal one might not even reach 100 grams for 3 pieces. The yangnyeom is heavier even with 3 pieces. I got it to go and ate it right away, but it wasn't warm.

The inside is a bit cramped. Takeaway is convenient, which is nice. I use it every now and then.

The liver with tare sauce was big and tasted good. I also bought salt-seasoned skin and negima, but those were just average. Not bad at all, but not good enough to make me come back for them, I guess. (This is purely my personal opinion.)
