Is a 3-minute walk from Chitose-Karasuyama Station. We specialize in Japanese Black wagyu, offering Japanese Black wagyu graded A4 and above at reasonable prices. We also serve lunch, so how about yakiniku at lunchtime? We offer a wide menu including karubi and rosu set meals. At dinner, alongside the classic tongue, karubi, and rosu, we also offer rare cuts. We especially invite you to try 『ミスジ』, of which only 2 kilograms can be obtained from 1 animal, and 『ヒウチ』, a marbled cut that is deeply flavorful and tender. Older customers and children alike praise it as “easy to eat because the meat is such good quality.” Parents and children…

Visited for weekend lunch. I had the karubi set meal and a draft beer (medium). First, the draft beer. Super Dry. A standard medium mug. The karubi set arrived. Probably around 100g of meat, which was enough. Delicious. The sauce was on the lighter side. The rice was slightly heaped in a small bowl, more than enough. Cooked a little firm, just as I like it. Sides were sanchu lettuce salad, kkakdugi, bean sprout namul, and wakame soup. Almond pudding after the meal. All that for a little over 2,000円. Nice for a weekend lunch. Payment at lunch is cash only. They are working hard as an independent restaurant, so let us be understanding. I will visit again.

Visited for dinner. Despite costing 2,3 thousand yen a plate, portions are small for the price. (Sides such as kimchi are also small, and with no photos on the menu, you cannot tell the portions.) Also, I could not tell whether it was really Japanese Black wagyu, much of the meat was coated in sauce, and it was not particularly delicious. Service and atmosphere were average. My considerable dissatisfaction with the food brought down the overall rating.

2024/8/10 (Saturday) My first visit at dinnertime. As for the meat, the premium rosu was not particularly popular with my family, but the other meats were generally well received. Even the regular salted tongue was thoroughly satisfying without choosing premium. Opinions differed on the premium karubi: my child, who dislikes marbled meat, found it too fatty and unimpressive, but I thought it was very tasty. The hot stone bibimbap did not have enough gochujang? I wanted it spicier. The staff all seemed to have a native language other than Japanese, but we could order normally. They appeared to enter orders into smartphones to send them to the kitchen, but somehow, when we ordered 4 dishes at once, 3 were forgotten. Well, people ultimately handle things, so I suppose it happens, but it was disappointing. ◆Previous post below Lunch sets are available for around a thousand yen. They seem just right for women, but the portions might be a little small for men.
