Daishoan Tamaden and Local History Museum It used to be a soba shop but closed down, and it's now a high-minded "free" history museum aiming to pass on the history of the Tamaden to future generations. Apparently Yuming used to come here all the time, and Seiji Ozawa came too Mr. Otsuka here is 80, but our tastes and interests matched perfectly and the conversation just never, ever ended. Before I knew it we'd been talking for 90 minutes. It was a happy time He also knows Shinobu Machida. Not just railway fans—anyone who loves the Showa era is guaranteed to be very satisfied, and I think talking with lots of people gives him energy for tomorrow too. I got so absorbed in talking that I barely looked around inside (lol) Guess I'll have to drop by regularly
View on GoogleA kind director who loves to chat Even I, who know nothing at all about railways, was taught about the Tamaden and the history of Futako-Tamagawa Thank you 🙏
View on GoogleI came from Aichi during Golden Week 2023, and the owner said "Thanks for coming from so far," which warmed my heart. We got to talk a lot, and it was a more fun place than I imagined. I think I'll come again
View on GoogleFirst off, I think you'll hesitate a bit to go in, but the director is a very friendly person and welcomes you warmly the moment you arrive. Please do visit while taking a walk along the abandoned Tokyu line route.
View on GoogleMr. Katsutoshi Otsuka. I learned about it from Bura Tamori. You'll time-slip into the world of the Showa era. For those who want to know the world of Showa. If you're interested, please go
