Taiyaki in the ranking of the best taiyaki restaurants in the ranking of the best taiyaki I went to a shop that is always ranked as one of the best taiyaki shops in Japan. This is a mochi type taiyaki. You can buy it freshly baked, but but the red bean paste is too hot I can't stick to it. I was so full after a meal I can eat it easily even though I am full after a meal. It's because it's not too sweet It's because of the gentle taste! The taiyaki are inexpensive at 170 yen each. You can also buy just the anko (red bean paste). At home during the cold season You can have oshiruko or zenzai! Thank you for the food. Thank you very much! View on GoogleAn old Taiyaki shop since the 1970s. Excellent Taiyaki with full of Anko sweets.
View on GoogleVisited on a day off. I could buy one right away without waiting, so I got 1 anko taiyaki. The skin was very thin and crisp. The crunchy edges in particular were fragrant and delicious. There are chewy types of taiyaki too, but personally I prefer this kind of thin, crisp skin. There was plenty of chunky red bean paste inside. With the thin skin, it also felt like I was really eating the anko. Since I ate it immediately after buying it, the skin's texture left the strongest impression. I'd like to buy one again when I'm nearby.
View on GoogleYou'll find it by leaving 下高井戸 station and walking straight down the shopping street. I discovered it while out for a stroll. I love taiyaki, so I bought one without hesitation. Delicious!!! The balance of anko and skin is superb. Please try eating it piping hot right there. It's become a shop I always buy from whenever I go to 下高井戸.
View on GoogleIn my entire life, I haven't found a taiyaki more delicious than たつみや's. Quite a few shops can match the quality of the anko, but here the skin is delicious too. Truly delicious. The crisp, well-baked, fragrant skin and generous filling of soft, melty, warm anko are superb. I'm especially happy when there's plenty of the thin edging attached. If you're taking them as gifts or eating them at home, it's good to heat them briefly in a toaster. Because the izakaya next door serves taiyaki tempura, I'm grateful this shop doesn't sell out even just before closing.
