By far the best sushi I’ve ever eaten. First of all, the proprietress is incredibly kind. The moment you walk in, you feel reassured that this is a good place. The chef is also very friendly, and I enjoyed chatting with him. Perhaps places like this attract good customers, because even the other customers were lovely. Needless to say, the sushi is absolutely delicious. The toppings are superb, and all of the chef’s skills come together in perfect balance. The amounts of topping, rice, and wasabi are just right, letting you enjoy each topping at its very best. The トロタク roll I had at the end surprised me. I haven’t eaten many rolls, but the トロタク here is exceptional. I’ve definitely become a fan. Haha I returned 1 week later and got takeout. Haha I’ll absolutely go again.

Ingredients sourced from 豊洲. (Closed Wednesdays) I didn’t know the prices, but trusted the great reputation and ate almost everything available that day from one end to the other until I was full: 5,600円 (no alcohol). It’s wonderful that they’re so generous with the toppings. Unfortunately, I don’t think the photos convey it, but the pieces are really thick and generously piled on. Overall, I think the balance between the toppings and the price is satisfying. The only downside is that cards aren’t accepted, but the chef and proprietress are also very pleasant, making this a place you’ll want to return to.

The chef and his wife are friendly and gentle in manner. We ordered 3 sets at different prices, and all were delicious and worth more than their prices. Ordering individually is fine too, but I’d like you to try a set first. The tuna and kuruma prawns are particularly exquisite.
