As is common in Okusawa, the place is almost entirely filled with regulars. They are nice people, so they do welcome newcomers. The owner's hairstyle, accessories, and so on are not hygienic. Since the owner says he dislikes making sushi, I don't order it much. They should change their category to a creative cuisine restaurant. There is a constant stream of romantic drama with the female part-time staff, and it is painfully embarrassing that he thinks the customers haven't noticed.
View on GoogleEvery dish the young chef makes is exceptionally delicious!! The nigiri is excellent, and the individual dishes are wonderful too. I felt that he puts a lot of care into his work.
View on Google「寿司作」 is a creative cuisine restaurant that goes beyond the bounds of a sushi restaurant, serving fresh, seasonal ingredients. Every individual dish reflects the skill of a craftsman. “Delicious!” is exactly the word for this place.
View on GoogleThe owner and a female employee repeatedly touched each other suggestively behind the counter. They probably think the customers don't notice, but that made it all the more disgusting. It made me think, are you going to make sushi with those hands? For a sushi restaurant, it was unhygienic and unpleasant, and so many things felt disgusting. The owner's hairstyle and all his accessories also really bothered me. An acquaintance who went on another day said the same thing, and judging by the description, it seems to have been a different employee from the one I saw, which makes it even more disgusting. I really think you should absolutely avoid this place.
View on GoogleI remembered a restaurant I visited 2、3 months ago that somehow left me feeling unpleasant for quite a while. When I searched for it on Google, I found others who had felt something similar, so I worked up the courage to post too. First of all, the owner's hairstyle, clothing, and behavior lacked a sense of cleanliness, which felt off. Perhaps because of that, even his way of speaking felt creepy to me, and his conversations with regulars were vulgar and unpleasant. In any case, the owner had an atmosphere unlike that of a sushi restaurant owner, flashy and sleazy, and I remember feeling distrustful because he treated female customers so differently from adult male customers. Furthermore, a tall female employee who seemed to be a part-timer was, conversely, rude to female customers, with an arrogance that showed through. On top of that, the owner and this female employee occasionally touched each other like lovers. Giving them every possible benefit of the doubt, if they were married, perhaps some of it could be understandable, but even then, behaving like that in front of customers made me feel I had no choice but to call it a low-caliber establishment.
