Small colorful place with homely vibes. We got Nabeyaki udon and tempura soba and they were both amazing. The staff is so kind they will make you feel right at home. Very child friendly too. Warmly recommended, we would love to come again!

Visited for lunch. I went in because it had a high rating, and as expected, it was a good find. At lunchtime, they offer a set with salad and rice, so it's very good value. There seem to be many regulars, and the friendly staff explain things carefully. There are lots of side dishes too, so an evening meal with drinks sounds fun. They had hiyashi chuka, which caught my interest, but I didn't have the courage to choose it on my first visit, so I'd like to give it a try next time. Thanks for the meal♪

A longstanding restaurant that celebrated its 70th anniversary this summer. It was renovated in recent years, so the interior was very clean and felt hygienic. Right in front of you as you leave 梅ヶ丘 Station. There were many regulars and it felt well loved locally, but there was absolutely nothing to make a first-time visitor feel uncomfortable. Is it family-run? The staff were gentle and courteous too. I ordered soba and katsudon, and both were delicious. The prices were about what you'd expect. The hiyashi kitsune has lots of shredded cucumber on top, but I ate the katsudon first, so the cucumber released a lot of water and diluted the broth—a mistake, lol. I'm curious about the Kansai-style kishimen?

Visited for lunch while strolling around 梅ヶ丘. It was right at lunchtime and busy, but luckily a seat opened up and I could sit down. The interior had a neighborhood soba-shop feel. I looked at the menu and ordered curry nanban soba. While waiting, I noticed autograph boards on the wall from celebrities such as 武蔵丸 and 立川談春 and thought it might be quite a famous restaurant. The curry nanban soba arrived with a very thick broth and only pork and onion as ingredients. One sip tasted sweet, followed by heat, but pleasantly spicy. The noodles were thin and slightly soft, but it was delicious curry nanban soba. Thanks for the meal.
