The shabu-shabu broth was delicious, and you eat it wrapped around finely shredded green onions; I felt like I could keep eating forever. I love sake, and there were so many varieties that choosing was fun. It's great that they have 十四代. And at about 1,500円 for 1 go, it's not that expensive either, which is considerate! Thanks for the meal!
View on GoogleIn Sancha, where many places are quite lively, this restaurant has a relatively grown-up feel. I searched Tabelog for somewhere serving soba, this place came up, and I visited. It turned out not to be a soba shop; apparently tsukeshabu is the signature dish. It was hot and humid, and I wanted refreshing soba rather than hot pot, so I ordered a few dishes such as sashimi, along with soba. It was perfectly tasty. Maybe next time I'll go back to try the tsukeshabu.
View on GoogleIt's a shabu-shabu and hot pot restaurant, but the sashimi and chicken were fresh and good too. The ita soba was fragrant and so high in quality that you wouldn't expect it from a hot pot restaurant. Drinks cover everything from sake and shochu to wine. The sake selection is good, with various options in categories such as junmai and ginjo. The prices feel appropriate.
View on GoogleI love the personality of the master? Owner? The shabu-shabu eaten in broth piled with green onions is fantastic! The various Kyushu? dishes really keep the drinks flowing too!!
View on GoogleA place for reasonably priced, delicious tsuyushabu. Besides tsuyushabu, there are plenty of delicious small dishes.
