Their noodle is little different texture but all of their noodle dish tastes amazing. Their gyoza(boiled vs fried) is with home made wrap.
View on Googlecute place with cute family running the restaurant!! they took us in even though they were about to close 🥲 the tofu dish is a LOT and you have to ask for many servings of rice to finish. it makes you very full 🤭❣️
View on GoogleTo you, yes YOU, the wide-eyed ambitious diner who would wander blindly, ignorantly into an unfamiliar restaurant with a hand-written picture-less menu in a language he cannot read based only on a positive google review and a good vibe: listen to your gut on this one. It’ll thank you later.
View on GoogleI enjoyed authentic Chinese cuisine at the renowned 「四川料理 蜀彩」 in Kyodo! For starters, I had century eggs with plenty of green onions and a dried tofu salad accented with cilantro. Their refreshing flavors whetted my appetite. The cold meat dish that followed was coated in plenty of sesame and special chili oil, with irresistible depth of heat and umami unique to Sichuan. The main seafood crispy rice was packed with chunky shrimp, squid, clams, and more! The piping-hot, generously filled sauce soaked into the crispy rice, delivering exquisite texture and umami. To finish, I had gently flavored fried rice with delightfully crunchy lettuce and was completely satisfied. A wonderful restaurant combining authentic heat with delicate flavors, and one I definitely want to visit again!
View on GoogleI ordered mapo tofu and chicken and vegetables stir-fried with douchi (トーチー). I am not good with spicy food, so I was glad the heat of the mapo tofu could be adjusted. It was not just spicy; I could taste the meat’s sweetness and umami too. The douchi stir-fry may use seasonal vegetables depending on the time, because the vegetables are fresh. It is not spicy and is a favorite of mine as someone who cannot handle much heat. I always have it whenever I go. Ahh, I want to eat it again🐱🍽️ On another day, I went to try the summer-only chilled tantanmen. It was delicious☺️
