I visited with a friend. The shop is located about a 3 minutes walk from Sangenjaya Station on the Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line. Inside the shop there are counter and table seats, and it was a very fashionable atmosphere. The orders are as follows: - Lamb sashimi - Salmon and salmon roe kamameshi. I ate lamb sashimi for the first time, but there was no smell at all, and there was umami in the lightness that made the alcohol go down well. Salmon and salmon roe kamameshi, the umami of salmon and salmon roe soaked into the rice, and it was freshly cooked and fluffy, it was the best for the finish. Thank you for the meal! I will come again!
View on GoogleThis is a creative izakaya mainly based on Hokkaido. The interior of the shop, which is calm with glass, looks fashionable. I went when the shop was quite crowded, but the person who looked like the owner was looking around well and working nimbly, and food was served so that at least one dish was always on the table, so I didn't feel the waiting time. When the drink ran out, they smiled and asked, "Would you like to drink something?", and their awareness ability was high. They were also gently instructing the staff who seemed inexperienced. The food also has a good balance of salt and goes well with alcohol. Personally, Matsumaezuke was a perfect taste where I could drink sake forever. Maybe because it was delicious, I forgot to take many photos, but the sea urchin dog, which is a specialty, also had the scent of seaweed and the richness of sea urchin that matched perfectly! There are still many menus I want to eat, and it was a shop that made me want to visit again.
View on GoogleToday's Kamameshi: Seafood Treasure Chest Kamameshi ¥2860. Yukihanabi, a short walk from Sangenjaya Station. A shop where you can enjoy Hokkaido's specialty dishes. This time, from the kamameshi that is said to be the most popular, I ordered the Seafood Treasure Chest Kamameshi. The moment it was brought, the tension rose with the visual that lived up to its name. Inside the pot, rich sea urchin, salmon roe with a chewy texture, sweet shrimp, shellfish such as asari clams, etc. are packed, truly a treasure chest. The freshly cooked rice has the umami of seafood soaked in firmly, and as you mix it, the richness of sea urchin and the saltiness of salmon roe bring everything together. The seafood is all lead-role grade, and a nice point is that you can keep eating without getting bored until the end. The fluffiness unique to kamameshi is also ◎. Also recommended for the finish after enjoying zangi and sashimi. In Sangenjaya, if you like seafood, want visual and satisfaction, want to eat calmly, it is a bowl that hits the spot at that time.
View on GoogleYukihanabi" stands quietly in a back alley of Sangenjaya. The large window that shows the inside of the shop from the outside is impressive, and I walked as if drawn by the warm light. The inside of the shop is clean and has a calm atmosphere that feels the warmth of wood. Counter seats and table seats are placed in a balanced manner, and you can spend time comfortably whether alone or in a group. The customer base is relatively calm, and I got the impression that many people enjoy quietly, such as people returning from work, couples, and meals with friends (・∀・). The appeal of this shop is that you can easily enjoy "Hokkaido gourmet" in Sangenjaya. The famous "Salmon and salmon roe clay pot rice" is a special dish that is cooked slowly after receiving an order. Fluffy cooked rice, with fatty salmon and shiny salmon roe. When you open the lid, a smile spills involuntarily at the rising aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the chewy texture of salmon roe, the umami of salmon, and the gentle aroma of broth unite, truly a taste of happiness (^ω^). And another popular menu "Zangi" is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The seasoning is soaked in firmly, and the degree of completion is delicious even when cold. It goes perfectly with beer! In addition, there are many small bowls and snacks using ingredients like Hokkaido, and all of them have polite seasoning and soothing gentleness. The serving of food is very smooth, and the staff also responded with a smile. They kindly taught me the explanation of the food and the recommended way to eat, and a comfortable distance. I like shops like this because you can taste the warmth of "people" as well as food. Even if you drink alcohol, it is about 4000-5000 yen per person, and if you consider the taste and atmosphere, the satisfaction is quite high. "Yukihanabi" where you can enjoy the deliciousness of Hokkaido leisurely in a quiet alley a little away from the hustle and bustle of Sangenjaya. It was a wonderful night where the heart and stomach were filled with delicious rice and warm service (^ω^).
View on GoogleI went to an izakaya called "Yukihanabi" that opened in Sangenjaya in February this year! Today, I went because it was recommended for a luxurious meal with a long-time friend~! Although it is close, 2 minutes walk from Sangenjaya, it is located in a place with a calm atmosphere without clutter! A fashionable atmosphere drifts with sliding windows~ When entering the shop, the homey atmosphere and the hospitality of the staff soothe the heart. The first glass is beer! So cheers with Sapporo beer! Actually, this izakaya is a shop that uses plenty of Hokkaido ingredients, and speaking of Hokkaido, it is Sapporo, so does that have anything to do with it (laughs). The seafood sent directly from the Hokkaido fishing port is extremely delicious! "Sashimi Assortment" seems to prepare the recommended seafood of the day, so I definitely want you to order it! Also, speaking of seafood, it is "Sea Urchin"! You can enjoy sea urchin very luxuriously with a menu called "Uni Dog"! This is really delicious, the sea urchin melts and there is no smell, and I am sure that people who do not like sea urchin will definitely think it is delicious! What was particularly impressive was "Zangi". It seems to be a menu that was completed after trial and error of seasoning many times, juicy and rich umami, with crispy clothes, a very happy feeling! The volume is also quite large, and it is a gem that is very satisfying to eat~ It seems that kamameshi is also quite popular, so I also received the "Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe" kamameshi! On top of the freshly cooked kamameshi, rich sea urchin and chewy salmon roe are placed a lot, and it is luxury itself in appearance. When entering the mouth, the rich flavor spreads, and I smiled involuntarily (laughs). There are also other dishes using Hokkaido's seafood such as "Seafood Yukke"! The calm atmosphere in the shop is perfect for girls' parties and casual adult dates. It is also a recommended space for those who want to drink alcohol quietly! Next time I want to visit for a date!
