My husband and I arrived around 18:30, and it was full! We waited outside for about 30 minutes before getting in. Even while we were waiting outside, they brought us menus and let us know roughly how much longer it would be. They were very attentive. We both ordered omurice topped with beef stew, along with beer, fries, and sautéed spinach with bacon. It came to just under 9000 yen for the two of us. The fries and sauté tasted just as they looked. As for the main beef stew, both of us found it too sweet and felt it was a little heavy on the stomach. I think it is a matter of preference, so it might be worth trying, but our family probably will not return. Do not underestimate the salad just because it comes with the set! It was very fresh and generous, and it was the tastiest thing we ate that day.

■How busy it is ・When I visited, the counter seats were unavailable, and only table seating could be used. It filled up with 3 groups, so I think booking ahead is best. ・It is run by an older couple, and food takes at least 20 minutes to arrive. ■Beef stew omurice (with salad and soup) ・As others have said, the stew is quite sweet. I enjoyed it, but I probably would not order it again. I think opinions will vary depending on taste. ・The meat was very large and satisfying. It was tender, and you could really tell it had been slowly simmered. ・The eggs were also soft and delicious, but… After eating more than half, I heard a crunch in my mouth. When I took it out, there was a piece of eggshell. That was the only disappointment.

Restaurant Saint-Malo A lovely Western-style restaurant. I had been curious about it for years, and finally made my first visit on a recent day off ( *´艸｀) Even though I avoided peak hours, it was crowded… Both the outside and inside have such a gooooood atmosphere. I ordered the beef stew omurice, which I had firmly decided would be my first dish here. It comes with soup and salad, and the soup is sooo delicious♪ What is this? It warms you right through. The generously portioned omurice comes topped with big chunks of tender, falling-apart meat. The yellow of the omurice and the color of the meat are so lovely. Beautiful. It looks delicious before you even taste it. This is absolutely a treat-yourself lunch. Thank you for the meal. Apparently they have also been actively offering takeout lately. I always check their Instagram!!! Thank you for the meal. I will visit again when I have time for a leisurely treat.
