I ordered the one-plate lunch. Some things were delicious, while others felt carelessly seasoned. It's nice to be able to try a little of various things. The mini doria was at a level that would be acceptable as an easy recipe you make for yourself at home on a tiring day. Also, though it's only partly visible at the edge of the photo, the person with me had a chipped plate. It was clearly an old chip, so I can't imagine they hadn't noticed….
View on GoogleWhat would the one-plate lunch be like? I went in for the first time and was shocked! Canned mackerel, grilled salmon, pumpkin salad? Chicken breast with something? The little serving of rice was doria with shredded cheese on top, microwaved. Everything smelled bad except the heated doria, and I seriously considered saying something, but even telling them would be stressful, so I left it. Was the coffee instant coffee microwaved too⁈ Maybe they use some kind of fermented seasoning? But no, it was clearly the fermented smell of food starting to spoil… Was it from the chicken? Don't they check things stored for several days? I managed not to get an upset stomach, but I'll never go again.
View on GoogleA small, stylish place run by the lady owner alone. The one-plate lunch is good value. The Royal Copenhagen tableware is beautiful.
View on GoogleEverything in the one-plate lunch was cold, and since it was a cold day, it chilled me right through.
View on GoogleEverything is actually homemade. The lady owner used to teach bread-making classes, so the bread is delicious, as you'd expect! She's also very good at putting together seafood side dishes! Anyway, please give it a try.
