I really enjoyed the shoyu ramen. First, the aroma is quite captivating. Then the broth! Perfect balance of saltiness/umami. You can taste the delicious shoyu and chicken underneath it, no gaminess at all.. The bamboo shoots is a good addition, chashu is great, chicken is soft and juicy. The egg was perfectly soft-boiled and seasoned. I read in another review that there's an anchovy broth too - looking forward to that!

This local ramen restaurant is a new player in the area. I wasn't really interested to try at the first time because the price is a lil bit higher than the other ramen places. But because I've tried almost ramen restaurant around there, so I decided to try. AND IT WAS SOOOOOO DELICIOUS OMG! Another interesting part is this ramen has 2 types of broth. One is chicken, the other one is fish (anchovy). I personally like the chicken better, but anchovy is something interesting and new for me. The noodle texture is also perfect and the chashu (pork slices) is so soft and can melted in your mouth. The soup is a lil bit salty if you want to finished the whole soup only, personally, but it's very tasty and light when you had it together with the noodles. I had only few ramen restaurant that I can recommend to people but this ramen is definitely on my recommendation list!!! I hope the business is going well and they will open new branches around tourist area so I could bring my friends there.

Such a delicious reman that I had in Tokyo. Love the flavourful fish base soup and dipping sauce. The egg was definately the highlight of the reman!

Bought at the ticket machine There are many things pasted on the ticket machine, so I thought it was a bit difficult for the first time. After buying, there are 2 chairs in the shop 1 table for 2 people Counter configuration While waiting, delivery is non-stop, so I can see the popularity. Rich seafood tsukemen Visual is good Chashu is a rare chashu that tries the limit, soft and delicious. The dipping soup is rich seafood and delicious. Blends well with noodles I also want to eat kombu water tsukemen and mazesoba! Tori soba The soup is a bit sweet and thin noodles, delicious. Because I felt it was sweet, when I looked at the menu, there was Green Chili Tori Soba on the menu! I see Because it was delicious, please let me stop by again.
