らぁめん小池Rāmen Koike
Famed noodle house in a narrow, modern space, known for its niboshi ramen, with a dried-fish broth.
Our shop is a ramen restaurant located a 5-minute walk from Kamikitazawa Station on the Keio Line. It is also a popular ramen shop among people in the Shimotakaido, Sakurajosui, and Hachimanyama areas of Setagaya Ward. Our signature is a clear (chintan) soup that is light yet packed with umami! We aim to be a first-class ramen shop. Although ramen is an inexpensive food, we want you to enjoy it with service and an atmosphere that exceeds the price. Therefore, we believe that service and the shop's atmosphere are just as important as the taste of the ramen. Please enjoy our ramen made with hospitality!

This is a ramen shop that serves Niboshi(dried small sardines) soup. You can choose between a light soup and a rich soup, and each soup has a salt flavor and a soy sauce flavor. The rich soup has a creamy texture and a very thick Niboshi flavor, but it has no unpleasant odor and goes well with the noodles. The toppings are really delicious: tender pork that look like roast beef and chicken dumplings . I recommend eating the thinly sliced pork as it is or dipping it in the soup to heat it up a bit to change the texture. 🍖✨✨ The balance of noodles, soup, and ingredients is so good that you will probably end up eating the soup as well.😋 If you're hungry, you'll probably need more than one bowl, so it's a good idea to buy a spare noodle ticket when you buy your meal ticket.👍🎟
View on GoogleSeriously guys. Try this place before western “influencers” spoil it. This place only has a japanese menu, its still affordable, and has one of the tastiest tsukumen Ive ever tried. The noodles are amazingly chewy yet soft. It has a great mouth feel. The tsukumen broth was light yet strong enough to coat the noodles with great umami flavour. And the little slice of ham on top was melt in your mouth and smoked perfectly. I cannot recommend it enough. Try it before they start having an english menu!
View on GoogleExcellent ramen place that serves Niiboshi ramen, Tori paitan (chicken broth) and Taiwanese ramen. We arrested all three and my favorite was actually the Taiwanese ramen which was spicy and full of flavor. The broth here is quite thick and flavors are strong which you can tell immediately by the smell of Niiboshi that welcomes you as you get close to the door. There are also great side dishes like their famous chashu rice with Nori and mayonnaise. Warmly recommended to ramen fans. The place is quite crowded usually but the wait is not too long. The service is great and the staff is really nice and welcoming. Thank you!
View on GoogleMy friend just moved to his new flat and we found this really good ramen place. It was filling and very flavorful. I ordered an extra egg. I loved everything in my ramen bowl. Will definitely come back!
View on GoogleReally great Toripaitan ramen. Soup was thick, rich, and very flavorful. Be sure to get both the roast pork over rice and the extra noodles. Roast pork over rice is served on a bed of roast seaweed and a bit of mayo over the pork. Incredibly delicious. Extra noodles is like having an entirely new set of ramen. Has a bit of their sauce and chili powder and vinegar on the table to taste.
