An izakaya with a relaxing interior styled like an old traditional house. It feels homey, so I often come here to eat alone. The bang bang chicken salad with chicken tenderloin and tofu has a delicious homemade dressing. Recommended Seaweed-battered fried chikuwa, ginger pork loin, spicy fries🍟 The staff also have a homey warmth, making this a reassuring place.
View on GoogleHome cooking!? Since it said that, I thought it was a set-meal restaurant and went in, but it turned out to be an izakaya. Was it okay not to order alcohol? The free-drink option was fine, which helped, though? Izakaya menus might be a bit expensive overall? This is "Loneliness Gourmet." Dinner at an izakaya certainly is a luxury. That manga called "孤独のグルメ"—does "gourmet" in the title mean "luxury"?
View on GoogleA place where you can spend a relaxing time thanks to the lovely couple who run it. If you are lucky, you might get to try homemade karasumi!? It is delicious!
View on GoogleIt feels homey, and they always treat me like family. All the food is delicious, and I always look forward to the daily sashimi, grilled fish, simmered dishes, and more. The appetizer changes daily too, so I look forward to that as well.
View on GoogleThe food and drinks were so-so. An elderly man who seemed to be a regular kept talking loudly, perhaps because he was hard of hearing, so I left quickly.
