March 2026, first visit to Yakitori Nakayama Shoten🍺 It has a great atmosphere from the outside, and the inside is lively too. This time I was guided to the 2nd-floor seats. We used it with 3 people, and whatever yakitori we ordered was consistently delicious. The grilling is just right, and there's a wide variety, so it's fun to choose. ⸻ The mozuku appetizer was also delicious, giving the impression of a 'proper shop' from the start. There are many seasonal menus such as grilled broad beans and pot-style menus, so you can feel the spring. Other than yakitori, the level is high, and there are no misses. Other than yakitori, what left a particular impression were the wagyu tendon stew and chicken soup. ⸻ It's quite popular, and I was finally able to make a reservation on my third try. Reservations are only accepted by phone, so advance booking is recommended. ⸻ Payment can be made using SetaPay. In March 2026, there was a 15% cashback, which was a great deal. 【Ceiling Height】 High From Kyodo Station, go along Nodai-dori, cross the pedestrian crossing at the T-junction, and it's on your left immediately after turning right. There are counter seats, 3 tables, and 2nd-floor seats. The ceiling on the first floor is high and ventilated, so it feels open even though it's narrow. The yakitori isn't big, but it's plump and delicious, and you can tell they use fresh chicken. The side menu is also abundant and fun! The seasoning is a bit strong. Maybe it's just right for people who drink alcohol. The staff was also kind with a good sense of distance. It's not pretentious, but it's clean, and it's a shop I want to repeat! Cool owner whenever you come. It's a high point that his attitude doesn't change much between regulars and first-timers.

A bit of a walk from the station, but a shop with good cost performance. The yakitori is small but there are many types, cheap and good. The liver is moist. And everything is delicious! The potato salad with iburigakko is recommended. The ramen for the finish also has a rich soup and is delicious.

A shop near my daughter's new place. I've been curious about it for a long time, and since I visited my daughter on the weekend, we were finally able to go together. It was Saturday, so it was very crowded and there was a time limit for the weekend, but we were able to get in right away. It was well-ventilated, so even though they were grilling a lot of yakitori, it wasn't smoky. After ordering, drinks and food were served without waiting. I especially love the chicken heart yakitori, so after eating one skewer, I ordered a lot more. I stopped at the third order because I was afraid I'd run out of other people's share haha.
