View on GoogleGood food, terrible service
View on GoogleThe servers' attitude and hygiene management are poor. When customers are neglected, branch numbers decline and food quality drops, so this restaurant is getting a fair way down that road. The head office's response to the staff member's misconduct also sounded like they were trying to settle it internally, saying things like, “That one's done something like that again…” Calling someone “that one” made me wonder, is that sexual harassment?! The staff member in question was also a young woman wearing heavy makeup, so those two things together made me wonder whether women aren't included in their target clientele from the evening onward. As for the tableware, I'm posting photos of some of it here with the restaurant's permission, but it was unhygienic. It's not about showing reverence or smiling; just do ordinary things, like properly wiping the tables, washing the dishes clean, and having staff actually doing some kind of work. Instead, there was repeated coughing, attempts to kick bowls with a foot, and so on. Wondering what on earth was going on, I developed gastroenteritis, so I spoke to the public health office as head office told me to.
