On Saturday, the first day of a 3-day holiday in mid-August, I visited this shop while out walking. Arrived around 7:45 in the morning. There was 1 customer ahead of me. I had gobo tempura soba topped with an onsen egg. The gobo tempura has a distinctive flat shape (the burdock is cut into squares). It was quite substantial, and I felt I was getting plenty of fiber, which was satisfying. Also, the soba was firmer than I expected. It has a nice bite. Delicious. The chilled version might have been good too. They have a fairly extensive onigiri selection as well. Some customers were buying only onigiri to take away. I would like to try them next time.

Sweetness follows, then the dashi flavor... delicious💮 The fried items are not freshly fried; soak them in the broth and eat... soft and delicious! The croquette is a curry croquette and goes really well🎇 The soba noodle portion is a little small. I want another bowl, but this will do today🎵 I realized after boarding the train... I photographed the takeout menu💧💧 The udon/soba items are slightly more expensive than eating in←
View on Google(Very) fast, (fairly) cheap, (quite) tasty. A fast-service soba shop in the style of standing noodle shops. Right near the north exit of Chitose-Karasuyama Station, it has an imposing, timeworn appearance. There are tables as well as a counter, and every spot has a chair. Easy to enter alone or with a partner. Prices do not fit within a single coin, but are average for this type of establishment. There is a good selection of onigiri and inari side dishes, also available for takeout out front. Order verbally, and the food arrives in around 1 minute. The soba consists of soft precooked noodles, but that is precisely the charm of standing soba. The broth is dark and strongly soy-flavored; this old-fashioned style seems rare nowadays. I enjoyed a quick, tasty meal. Cash only. Pay when ordering or at a convenient point after eating.
View on GoogleVisit: Sunday Access: Less than 1 minute to the right after leaving the north exit of Chitose-Karasuyama Station on the Keio Line 7:00-16:00 (closed Thursdays); entered around 8:00 without waiting. Inside are counter seats and tables for 2. Wakame soba/udon 530 ※Chose soba Croquette 100 When I ordered, they asked whether I wanted tenkasu; of course I said yes. Served in about 2 minutes! Fast. The soba has no chew, but the speed is great. I soaked the croquette in the broth before eating. A comforting, nostalgic flavor. Meanwhile, dine-in customers came inside and takeout customers gathered outside. I am curious about the takeaway curry too! I wanted onigiri as well, but held back because I was in a hurry and wanted something light today. The lady cooks efficiently, so I recommend it when you want a quick meal on weekday mornings or a busy lunch break. Pay at the register after eating. Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleI topped meat udon with gobo tempura. The meat was 2 slices of chashu. It was delicious😃 It seems like a standing-style soba and udon shop where solo customers eat quickly and leave, but its old-fashioned character felt nostalgic.
